you could try just walking up and trying to talk to him, or you could try talking to his friends, asking them about him or something, and se the information to get him to notice you... Then there's the other two options, go up and surprise him with a kiss, or go around killing everyone, I'm sure that'll get his attention... But try the first two first. =^-^=
well, then just tell him that you like him, not his brother.
